FRANCIS RIVARD
Francis Rivard is a fully bilingual BCIN certified designer and Red Seal Carpenter, with 20 years of experience in the construction industry, from residential, commercial, industrial and underground construction. Experience varies from excavation, concrete forming, framing, all the way to custom cabinets and trims. There is not much of the construction world he hasn’t touched. He also has over 5 years of experience as a Chief Building Official/Inspector various municipalities, he is also a certified home inspector, commercial building inspector and WETT certified. Since his time as a CBO/building inspector he has decided to put his training and experience to work as professional building designer. With his background as a carpenter, forman, project manager, building code practitioner and draftsmen, he believes this is the best combination to bring the vision of your next project to life in an effective and professional way.
